Established in 1998, Esoteric Ltd is a leading counterespionage, TSCM and covert investigations companies, providing confidential services to a range of both public and commercial sector clients in the UK and around the world.

Our specialism is the pro-active protection of client information and assets by countering attempted or actual attacks by competitors, criminals, terrorists .... even employees. These may involve theft of assets, sensitive company information, copyright or intellectual property to achieve competitor advantage, to counterfeit goods, to commit fraud or other crime, or to benefit from corrupt or improper activity.

Esoteric’s unique portfolio of services and its holistic approach to tackling information confidentiality and security concerns, has resulted in Esoteric being the only company in the UK to be approved to the Gold Award level (accredited to the prestigious BS EN 9001:2008) for its full range of services by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI).

Esoteric Ltd is a also member of the Risk Management Delivery Group (RMDG), a partnership programme established by the UK’s Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) aimed at creating strong and dynamic links with leading UK consultancies. The programme provides RMDG members with the benefit of direct access to CPNI protective security advice, briefings and support. This enables member consultancies to provide their customers with informed and comprehensive services relating to protective security and to address customer vulnerabilities in an integrated way. Membership of the RMDG is an acknowledgement by CPNI of the key and trusted support that Esoteric Ltd can provide to the UK’s critical national infrastructure community on protective security.

Our Quality Management System is independently inspected bi-annually. Both operational and support staff are security cleared to a minimum of BS7858:2006 and a number of our staff are cleared to the highest government security levels which enables us to work within government protected environments.

Esoteric People

Drawing highly trained specialist personnel exclusively from government agency or military backgrounds, our staff undertake continuity training on a regular basis; this is in addition to keeping up to date with new technology and illicit devices becoming commercially available though our continued R & D program.
